Out back is a private pond with a stone beach and fire pit, plus a kids' playground. Three bedrooms (king, queen and double) sleep eight, with a full kitchen, wifi and free parking. A Level 2 EV charger is available for a nightly fee. Fifteen minutes to Lake Erie and the Presque Isle beaches, five to Edinboro, and an easy drive to Erie for dinner. Built for families and groups who want comfort near the lake without being on top of anyone. The basement is locked off; the rest of the house is yours.
